ANIMAL EXPLOITATION IN CIRCUSES - HIPPOPOTAMUS
Illustration made with ink and graphite on paper to denounce the exploitation of animals in circuses, their depersonalization and alienation from their natural habitat by their customs. In particular, the hippopotamus, absolutely a very heavy animal and anything but graceful, is tamed to the point of becoming a ridiculous dancer dressed in a tutu' which has to keep her balance on a ball.
